Everyone will have their own perceptions of what yoga is. To some it may be contorting into bizarre shapes while to others it’s just lying on the floor for an hour! Needless to say it’s rarely either.
Yoga is unique to everyone as we all have out own intentions and goals. With this in mind, private tuition can be the best way to get the most out of your yoga practice. The time and dedicated attention of the teacher on the student allows for faster progress building body awareness and developing your practice. A private or one to one session can be tailored to target particular issues or ease problems such as lower back pain, range of motion in joints or strength. Yoga is also the perfect way to de-stress for everyone from any walk of life.

There's a yoga style for everyone of any age and a private session is your opportunity to make the most of it.
One to one sessions – much like drop-in classes – are suitable for everyone regardless of age or experience. Although one to one sessions offer the added benefit of allowing you to progress at your own pace and have the practice tailored to your personal needs allowing you to achieve your goals in your own time.
Private sessions can be up to three students, subject to similar levels of ability and complementary objectives.
